Data Handling Policy

1. Confidential Project Information

Clients may share sensitive materials such as:

• Architectural drawings

• Floor plans and layouts

• Development concepts

• Reference images and project documents

All project materials are treated as confidential information and are used only for the purpose of completing the agreed project.

Thusitha3D respects architectural confidentiality and intellectual property standards when handling client data.

2. No Third-Party Sharing

Thusitha3D does not sell, share, or distribute client project data to any third party.

All files and project information remain strictly between:

• the client

• Thusitha3D production team

Client data will never be transferred to external companies or individuals without the client’s permission.

3. Social Media & Portfolio Protection

Client projects are not automatically published on social media platforms, portfolio websites, or marketing materials.

If we wish to showcase a project in our portfolio or social media channels, we will only do so with the client's permission.

This ensures that private or unreleased architectural developments remain confidential.

4. Project Asset Storage

After the final project delivery, all project files and assets are securely stored on our systems for 30 days.

This allows clients to:

• request minor corrections

• request additional exports or file formats

• recover lost project files

These requests can be made within the 30-day storage period without additional payment, as long as they do not require major production changes.

5. Data Deletion

After the 30-day storage period, all project files, references, and assets related to the project are permanently deleted from our servers and storage systems.

This policy helps ensure that client data is not stored longer than necessary.

Clients who wish to keep long-term backups should download and store their delivered files securely.

6. Secure Data Handling

Thusitha3D takes reasonable steps to protect client project data through:

• secure storage systems

• controlled access to project files

• responsible data management practices

While we take all practical measures to protect client data, clients are also encouraged to maintain their own backups of delivered files.

Policy Acceptance

By submitting project materials to Thusitha3D, the client acknowledges and agrees to the data handling practices described in this policy.
